Automatic positioning module for packing box of heaven and earth cover in 2020, the parts of Feida feeding, gluing and conveyor belt use independent servo drive. The positioning part adopts YAMAHA robot arm and Japanese camera to visually position the inner box which can realize high-accuracy in different kind of box ( rigid box, cylindrical box,octagon box, drawer box etc.). It is suitable for making high quality boxes.

• Using two industrial cameras with five mega pixels, and YAMAHA robot arm to position, high positioning accuracy±0.1mm
• High-speed production, rigid box production rate ≤35pcs/min.Forming speed up to 25-35pcs / min.
• Using independent automatic control system, transfer machine time is short and fast transfer version.
• Feeding stably, not easy to feed double sheets, reduce the product rejection rate.
• The independent gluing & positioning module, can optionally match with edge mounting machine, splicing board box making machine, pneumatic machine, etc.
